These are the key qualities of any good instructor. Patience and personality came naturally to me as a professional instructor. Product knowledge has come through hard work, perseverance and a lot of hours spent experimenting and playing around.

That’s right! Any student I've ever had is encouraged to e-mail or call me with any computer or design questions they may have. Even years later. Honestly I wish more students would actually take advantage of this. I enjoy challenges! If I don't know the answer I know how to find the answer.
