Just when I've gotten my feet firmly placed back on terra firma someone calls for an aerial photo flight. It's a good thing I love to be "up there".

Clients have different purposes such as:

• Showing how a commercial site fits into a neighborhood - is there a balance in the area between homes, apartments and other businesses? - (their customer base)
• Showing changes or additions to an area or a property - such as what I've done for Wet n' Wild Emerald Pointe Waterpark after they've added a new ride or amenity.
• Showing off a new building or expansion a company is proud of.
• Depicting the success of an event by showing large numbers of people attending.

My most extensive aerial photography assignment was here in North Carolina in the early 90's when I photographed all the state's prisons for N.C.Monroe Construction Company. We were up there so many days I should have earned my pilot's wings.
